Great experience all around and the cost was reasonable. The pool and hot tub water temperature settings should be increased 4-6 degrees in pool and 2 degrees Fahrenheit in hot tub. We noticed several guests either not getting in to pool or in then out quickly. What is the point of having an open swimming pool if very few of the hotel guests are going to use and enjoy it because Hilton is trying to save a few bucks by less heating of the water? That is my only "squabble".

The location was great for where we went and food areas. The staff at front desk each day were nice and friendly. The common areas were clean and it was amazing.

Location of hotel was perfect for our weekend activities in the area, it was easy to find, and was in a quiet, peaceful, pretty setting. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, efficient, and professional at all times. All areas of the hotel were very clean and orderly. Our rooms were spacious, quiet, and comfortable, and our additional special requests pertaining these rooms were fulfilled completely. The breakfast was wonderful, with a wide assortment of breads, cereals, beverages, fruit, and eggs. Check-in and check-out went very smoothly and quickly.

The location was close to Agua Caliente Casino and that's where we were going. The facilities were clean and the room was quiet. The breakfast in the lobby was amazing.

Was told a free breakfast was offered each morning but not told it was just a basic continental breakfast, that breakfasts with eggs, ham, etc. were slightly extra. We ordered omelets but weren't charged. Rare for hotels, especially those on the higher end like Hilton, to charge for breakfast.

We were greeted immediately by Daniel, who was helpful, friendly, and professional. The room was ready earlier than expected and were able to spend time in the pool. If I had to say anything negative, I would say that more lounge chairs are needed, but we made due. The hotel was super clean and it's in a great location, tons of parking and coffee in the lobby in the morning.

Went to a hyatte in Scottsdale, Hilton breakfast superior Hyatte room larger but noise a terrible factor Forgot to add Taking my show dog Standard Poodle was great. Very well received and helpful

The check in service was fast. It was decorated very nice for Christmas. Everyone was very nice saying "good morning". The location was close to eating places. We were able to walk. this location is close to the Living Desert zoo. Thank you.
